The number one problem facing homeowners has increased by 15% in the last three years:
finding products that are in stock. However, the proportion of homeowners reporting some sort of issue with their kitchen makeover (78% vs. 75% in 2018) is largely unchanged. Therefore, while many more experienced out-of-stock products (undoubtedly primarily as a result of problems with the global supply chain), far fewer encountered other types of issues, and significantly fewer were confronted with "too many options," which had been their top pain point a few years earlier.
