RICKI Kitchen Trends conducted a survey among consumers who purchased kitchen products in the past year. The survey was to see if people are purchasing products in stores or online. As it turned out, three in four say they spent more money in physical stores than they did online. The biggest reason for this is that people want to "touch and feel" kitchen products or to buy locally.
Source Question:
IF BOUGHT KITCHEN PRODUCTS IN PAST 12 MONTHS: Thinking of all the different products you got for your kitchen in the past 12 months, would you say you spent more money in person or online?
73% Bought in-person only or mostly in-person
17% Bought online only or mostly online
The remaining 10% bought equally online and in-person
As you can see from the above information, people still prefer to be able to see and use the physical item before making a purchase. For this reason, we have a wonderful showroom where you can test a variety of cabinets and feel many countertops to make sure you will love your purchase even after many years. Call us today at 269.945.2911 to schedule an appointment to see our showroom products, which can be your new cabinets and countertops.
